Oh wow, I am SO excited to announce another Summer retreat at an incredible new venue!

As always, the location is close to my heart. With grandparents and parents coming from the Yorkshire Dales, I spent my childhood running around in these hills and climbing the ‘Cow and Calf’ rocks.

As an Area of Outstanding National Beauty, this revitalising retreat in Swaledale offers a space to walk, run and practice yoga, all in picturesque nature. Magic lives in these moors and I can’t wait for you to experience it yourself.

Nestled in the heart of the Dales, in luxury accommodation with sweeping views of the valley, this retreat will be a nourishing weekend away to energise and restore as we journey through the Summer.

Along with delicious and nutritious meals lovingly prepared by our holistic health coach, Emmie, we have exclusive access to a sauna and outdoor hot tub, as well as a nearby river to swim in!
