About Me
Hello! I’m Hannah
It was when I was training as an actor at Drama School that I discovered the true power of yoga. I had an extremely busy lifestyle and was engaged in lots of physical exercise and activity. It was the physical aspect of yoga that first attracted me, however through attending a weekly yoga practice, I realised the huge benefits it had to my mental and emotional states.
In 2018 I travelled to India to train in Ashtanga and Hatha. Since then, I have deepened my knowledge with further trainings and I now teach Vinyasa and Yin in North London, host workshops and retreats, and work 1-1 with clients looking to explore and deepen their practice. With a friendly, compassionate and breath focused teaching style, my aim is for students to reach a state of peace and physical ease, both on and off the mat.
When I’m off the mat, you will probably find me outdoors running in nature. I believe that the combination of fresh air and movement has healing powers on both your physical and mental state so I try to incorporate as much outdoor adventures and physical activity into my life as possible!
“Hannah’s energy is simply incredible… The best yoga class I’ve been to.”
Kind Words
“My yoga journey began as I needed another activity to complement my running training. Hannah’s knowledge & attention to detail when practicing has improved my body awareness & helped me achieve poses & relaxation I didn’t think my tight & tired body ever could. Our 1-1 sessions rapidly became an invaluable part of my training week. I have never felt so strong, my running has hugely improved, not to mention my flexibility. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her.”
