I offer morning, lunch time or after work classes for your staff members, either in your office space or online via Zoom or Teams. The main aim of the classes is to give your employees time away from their work stations, reducing stress levels and increasing productivity. The classes can range from fitness based classes, to functional stretching, to more restorative classes, depending on your needs.
