Yoga and Intention Setting

Saturday 4th January, 16:00-18:00, Flo Yoga Studio

Usher in the New Year with a restoring workshop to kick start next year with positivity, inspiration and self-nourishment.

We’ll begin with breathwork and meditation, before journeying into a heart-opening Vinyasa Flow designed to help us move forward with kindness and open us up to connection, joy and love.

Flowing into soothing Yin, this is time to nurture and ground yourself in deep rest and relaxation. Expect essential oils, therapeutic touch and a long shavasana to end the practice!

Once we’re physically and emotionally open, we will look ahead to this new chapter. There will be guided journaling, intention setting and (of course!) my signature banana bread to close.
